  1. This error message occurs when a smart device tries to connect to a BlackVue dashcam that is already connected to another smart device. 
  2. Please disconnect the device that is not currently in use to resume using the WiFi connection.
  3. If the issue is still persisting please change the SSID in firmware settings. Unsure how to access firmware settings?
