- This error message occurs when a smart device tries to connect to a BlackVue dashcam that is already connected to another smart device.
- Please disconnect the device that is not currently in use to resume using the WiFi connection.
- If the issue is still persisting please change the SSID in firmware settings. Unsure how to access firmware settings?
