- If the following steps below do not resolve the issue, then please lodge a ticket so our support staff can assist further.
- This error message occurs currently on iOS 14 updated devices.
- Navigate to your device's settings and scroll down until you reach the BlackVue App settings.
- Select the BlackVue App and make sure "Local Network" is enabled.
- Once enabled try and WiFi connect to the BlackVue camera.
- If the same issue still persists please disable any VPN, Ad Blocker or Anti Virus Apps temporarily to see if the connection will now go through.
- If the issue still persists reach out to the team via a ticket or call and provide your device's details.
