  • If the following steps below do not resolve the issue, then please lodge a ticket so our support staff can assist further.
  1. This error message occurs currently on iOS 14 updated devices.
  2. Navigate to your device's settings and scroll down until you reach the BlackVue App settings.
  3. Select the BlackVue App and make sure "Local Network" is enabled.
  4. Once enabled try and WiFi connect to the BlackVue camera.
  5. If the same issue still persists please disable any VPN, Ad Blocker or Anti Virus Apps temporarily to see if the connection will now go through.
  6. If the issue still persists reach out to the team via a ticket or call and provide your device's details.
